Just, 15 minutes from a beautiful beach, the house is great for families with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths (one bath with pool access). The house has a pool table and a ping pong table, WiFi, and a large pool for relaxing. There is plenty of parking and a two car garage. The kitchen is spacious and comes with all of the amenities needed for guests who like to cook.

We enjoyed our stay! Brian and Kim were very responsive! Before the trip I asked if there was a blender to be able to make a casserole and there wasn’t but they bought one for us! We communicated with them several times during the trip and they responded very quickly! It’s a great house for groups! Our girls loved hanging out in the pool area and playing pool and ping pong! Great clean house! We would absolutely stay here again!

Kim was very responsive the entire weekend. She was very friendly and welcoming. The house was beautiful and made us feel comfortable and right at home. The rooms were great and the kitchen space was beyond what we thought. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking to stay in the Bradenton area especially near the beach.

This place was amazing!! Perfect for our larger group to stay in and stocked with plenty of fun games and activities to do. There was some issues upon arrival with the cleanliness of the pool and garbage bins due to the previous visitors, but Kim was in constant communication and quickly had professionals come by and have everything fixed and spotless. We would highly recommend this stay!
