We have a growing family with 8 (soon to be 9) grandkids. This annual trip is our gift to everyone. To find a gorgeous new construction place that can accommodate everyone this close to everything Naples was absolutely fantastic. We had several questions and needs, the owners responded immediately and resolved everything. Would go back in a minute. We do this trip every year, been coming to Naples for 25 years. Best stay of all time.

Exceptional Stay in Naples – Highly Recommend! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Naples, Florida. The house is modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed — perfect for families or groups. With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, everyone had plenty of space and privacy, and the open kitchen and living areas made it easy for us to gather and spend quality time together. The pool and hot tub were definite highlights — incredibly clean, relaxing, and perfect after a day out. We loved starting our mornings with coffee by the pool and unwinding there in the evenings. The location is ideal — about a mile walk to the beach, making it very convenient. The home is also surrounded by wonderful shops and excellent restaurants, so everything we needed was close by. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely love to come back again with our family and will happily recommend this home to friends and others .

Brian and Kim were great hosts and we would highly recommend their home to anyone looking to enjoy beach days, relaxation by the pool, great restaurants, and the surrounding Naples area. They communicated ahead of our travel and almost daily during our to ensure we were comfortable, which made for an awesome experience. The house was clean and comfortably fit our group of 10. Thanks again to Kim and Brian!

Great stay at Brian and Kim’s home on in Naples! The place was amazing - super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, in a quiet location close to beaches, dining, and shopping. The house was beautiful and exactly what we expected. It was spacious, clean, and the location was great. I would recommend this to anyone with a larger party because the layout was perfect. Brian and Kim were wonderful hosts and very responsive when we reached out.

We enjoyed our stay! Brian and Kim were very responsive! Before the trip I asked if there was a blender to be able to make a casserole and there wasn’t but they bought one for us! We communicated with them several times during the trip and they responded very quickly! It’s a great house for groups! Our girls loved hanging out in the pool area and playing pool and ping pong! Great clean house! We would absolutely stay here again!

We where there for a lacrosse tournament, the house was amazing and close to our fields. The fact that each bedroom had there own bathroom gave each of our families the privacy they needed. We where able to all be together and feel so comfortable made amazing memories for our kids and families. thank you so much.

Kim was very responsive the entire weekend. She was very friendly and welcoming. The house was beautiful and made us feel comfortable and right at home. The rooms were great and the kitchen space was beyond what we thought. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking to stay in the Bradenton area especially near the beach.

It was my first time using a Airbnb, thanks to Brian and Kim they made my trip really memorable. I was celebrating my 32nd wedding anniversary and it was 10 of us there. We were all comfortable. The house is gorgeous. We had a private chef for my anniversary and the host arranged everything for me. It was well organized. The chef and server were great. What was also unique was the fact that the host recognized my wedding celebration and they leave us flowers, wine, a card and a picture frame. We were all amazed and appreciated. I would keep on talking about the hosts and the house but I would have to write a book about everything. I would like to tell everyone who is planning to go to Naples, book this house, you will not regret it. Thank you, thank you Brian and Kim. Keep up the good work.
