Located just a 10-minute walk from Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz-Carlton, and minutes from Mercato and Whole Foods, Villa Serenità offers the perfect blend of luxury, location, and laid-back coastal living. **Additional details for our guests who appreciate every detail regarding layout and functionality: every bedroom has an on suite bathroom and large walk in closet, with the exception of the private den/5th bedroom which features a full over full bunk bed and a private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a half bathroom downstairs that can be accessed from both the inside of the house right off the kitchen and front entryway, but also via the side door in the backyard/pool area. Three of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds, one of the bedrooms feature two full sized-beds, and of course the private den/5th bedroom features a full/full bunk. One master bedroom is downstairs—all of the remaining bedrooms are upstairs.

Infant high hair & pack n’ play available upon request, as well as bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, pool floats, and so much more on site to help make your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible! 1 Pet will be considered with prior approval from Owner. If approved, $250 fee is required prior to arrival. Next door to Villa Grata is Villa Serenita, an identical mirrored space with all of the same features. If you have a large group and are interested in reserving both sides, please message us to accommodate. Pool heat is $25 per day. Jacuzzi is included.
